OUR STORY

THE STORY OF THE HOUSE

The previous owners, Lou and Liz bought this mountain home in November of 2018. They settled in on top of the mountain and began to make it into the beautiful home that you see today. They loved visiting places like South Mountain State Park, Wilson Creek Gorge, Linville Falls, Lake James, and Linville Gorge. In the spring of 2020,  they decided to  take on their biggest adventure and move to Naples, Italy. While living in Italy, they decided to rent our their beautiful home and then ultimately decided to sell it to us. Lou and Liz: Thank you for all the love and work that you put into this beautiful home and we promise to take care of your 'Il Santuario'.
